Takin' a Break!

WOW!

When I sent out the challenge

for the new design team

I never imagined how many talented people

would want to be part of it!

I have had 79 entries so far! It's hard to choose!

You have been asking about the

redecorating project too.

It's not finished, and I made a little mess

in here today, but here is a picture

of the cube wall.

This is just half of the wall!

I have WAY TOO MUCH SCHTUFF!

I've been going through withdrawls

unable to create,

so I decided I needed a break

from all the decorating and cyber-jabber.

I couldn't just stop at 1 card ya know.

I finished the USMC military layout

I was working on. It had me stumped.

Since PINK is my color,

the red, white and blue was hard for me.

But, we have to step out of our little

carefully crafted boxes once in a while don't we.

On with the red, white and blue I trudged.

The paper I choose is so perfect

and is a little on the

"I don't need anything, I'm perfect just as I am" side,

so it was hard to decide

how I was going to put pictures on it.

I decided on just one,

with a little journaling and some letters.

Simple, but I like the way it turned out.

Then on to some cards.

I've been collecting buttons for a special project

and just can't keep my hands off of them.

Just had to use some on a card.

I did a little paper piercing

and a simple "thinking of you" card.

I accomplished MUCH today!
