Corner Quilt Fabrics...

I kicked the old agoraphobia in the behind today

and told myself that I was going to

get out of this house more, starting NOW.

I called my friend Donna

to see if she was busy today and she said no,

so off I went to the quilt shop.

This is Donna in front of "Shelby's Quilt".

Donna owns the local quilt shop in town

and does quite the business.

Her shop is a bright, colorful shop

but I always manage to find something

I need...heehee!

After some 8 years of begging

she is finally carrying some more

muted fabrics for me

(as if I need more fabric, right?)

The shop was really slow today

so I got to spend a little time catching up with Donna

and looking at the new lines she is bringing in.

If you ever come through Warrenton, Missouri

you must stop in and see her.

She's located at the Warrenton Outlet Mall...

you can't miss her.

When she first opened 8 years ago

she was in a corner house in downtown Warrenton...

hence the name of her shop "Corner Quilt Fabrics".
